Central Registration

In order to enroll your child, the first step is to obtain a registration packet from the school district's main office.

You can pick one up at the Administration Building, 200 East Grove St, Clarks Summit, during normal business hours.

Upon completion of the paperwork, the important documents you will need to provide when you return the packet are:

1. Proof of residency - acceptable forms are a deed, monthly mortgage statement, recent tax bill or valid lease
    (plus supporting documentation of current gas/water/electric bills & driver's license)
2. Student's birth certificate
3. Student's immunization record
